Yes I do make clothing on Blender too but sometimes Marvelous Designer just makes my life easier. Yeah it works but there are tools tailored specifically for this job that have years and years of experience on their back. Its like asking why would you use Marvelous Designer when you can just press "Sew" on Blender's cloth simulation and just tweak the parameters to your liking. No it doesn't make my art go from garbage to mediocre but it does help me work better and faster by eliminating boring and complicated steps that I otherwise would need to go through with Blender. I'm not saying that Blender is not good or it can't do a lot of things that ZBrush can, but the latter is a tool tailored for decades for organic sculpting. To me the Clay Brush is just plain better and feels more responsive/natural, ZRemesher is a life-saver and yes I know you can buy the addon separately for Blender, Stroke Interpolate makes my life a lot easier for the type of organic work that I like to do, auto masking and the edge detection is better, the list goes on and on. You can't really expect people to sit and write every minute detail to you on why they prefer one over the other.
